Analysis: Built for Performance, Not Just Looks
An animation-heavy site like this can easily end up slow. The goal was to keep every scroll effect and 3D element feeling smooth without weighing the page down.
Performance
SEO- React and Vite: Built with React 19 and Vite for a fast, modern development experience and quick page loads.
- Smart Loading for 3D: The interactive 3D equipment viewer only loads once a visitor scrolls near it, so the Three.js scene never slows down the initial page load.
- Optimized Media: Photos are converted to WebP and graded for a consistent look, and the hero video was compressed from 8MB down to about 1.4MB with no visible quality loss.
Responsiveness
The site is fully responsive and built to work as well on a phone as it does on desktop. On touch devices, the 3D equipment model rotates on its own instead of needing a drag gesture, so it never fights the normal scrolling motion.

Problem: Standing Out as a Local Gym
Olympia Gym has served Mumbra for over three decades, but its online presence did not reflect the quality of the gym itself or compete well with newer, more polished fitness brands.
The Need for a Premium, Trustworthy Online Presence
SEOThe gym needed a website that felt like a serious, premium fitness brand rather than a generic template site, while still making it simple for visitors to see real photos of the gym, check hours and location, and reach out to join.

Solution: A Cinematic, Story-Driven Website
A fully custom, single-page website was built with React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS, using Framer Motion and Lenis for smooth scroll animations, and a restrained black, charcoal, and bone color palette instead of the bright colors typical of most gym sites.
An Interactive 3D Equipment Showcase
EMAILThe standout feature is a real, rotatable 3D model of the gym's equipment, built with Three.js and React Three Fiber, that visitors can drag to rotate on desktop. It's paired with a scroll-driven photo gallery of the real gym, a simple membership section with call and WhatsApp options, and animations that respect each visitor's reduced-motion preference.

Anything from a simple business website to a full AI powered platform. If you run a local business without a website, or you have an idea for a tool or automation that could save you time, that's exactly the kind of project we're looking for.
It's simple. First, a quick discovery call to understand what you need and map out the build. Then development, in focused sprints with regular updates along the way. Finally, launch, where we deploy the project and stick around to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll be working directly with the person actually building your project. No account managers, no middlemen, just direct communication and fast answers.
A simple, static website can often be built and launched in a day or two. Larger, full-stack or AI-driven projects usually take a few weeks depending on scope. Either way, you'll know the timeline upfront.
Yes. Every project includes a short support window after launch to handle any bugs. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and new features can always be arranged afterward if you need them.
Yes, that's not a problem at all. Whether it's adding a chatbot to your current site, building a new frontend for an existing backend, or fixing up one specific part of your app, happy to help.
